Day 8 - Ry Softball

Ryleigh has been playing softball for the 8th grade team at highland junior high this year. Today was their last game of the season. They played a great game! The score was 0-0 until the bottom of the 6th (last) inning when the other team scored the winning run to advance to the championship game. We were all really proud of the girls and all their accomplishments. I felt bad for bugg after the game because all the girls were talking about playing as a team next year as freshmen at Highland but Ryleigh won't be with them. I think for the first time she had a little twinge of sadness about leaving this home/school behind.
